Antonis Papadopoulos (4 May 1932 - 9 October 1983) was a Greek actor. He was on friendly terms with Zanninos and was the uncle of singer Christos Thivaios. Two years before his death, his daughter was born. A very characteristic “figure” of Greek cinema, from the late 60s to the late 70s. He embodied, usually in secondary comic roles, the naive, the grumpy and the complaining.
He starred with Thanasis Vengos in the series of surreal comedies of Agent Thou-Vou (“secret” agent), as the agent’s assistant (Vengos), but also in many others. He also starred in several films in the early 80s, such as the film "Wheel, Bag and Hammer", with great box office success.
